With a daily production capacity of 18 tons, the dyeing department is committed to world class dyeing using eco-friendly dyestuff. The department’s state-of-the-art USA model THIES and European model FONG’S dyeing machines.
The fully automated, central computer-controlled dyeing machines can ensure precise fabric dyeing with a high degree of reproduction and batch-to-batch consistency.
The process is supported by the most modern state-of-the-art dye kitchen with auto dyes dissolving and dispensing units. Its highly recommended dyeing machines and micro wash system contribute to extremely low distortion and surface abrasion for a superior and unique feel of finished fabrics.
